Our Staff
Prior to founding NTI, Mr. Abbate was a key executive
in the development of Government Technology Services,
Inc., one of the leading government prime contractors
in the U.S. As Vice President of Systems, Mr. Abbate
led the team that brought GTSI its first major systems
integration contract, winning the first LAN integration
contract for the U.S. Senate and managing the successful
installation of over 35 networks in Senate offices,
under critical conditions, over a period of 3 years.
Mr. Abbate was able to assist in GTSI's growth to
a $600 million corporation, while serving in various
roles as V.P. Systems, Director of Total Quality Management,
and Director of Contracts. Mr. Abbate also managed
a tiger team of network engineers that provided key
network upgrades, under urgent time lines, for Army
ODCSLOG and the Department of Defense Office of the
Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon.
Mr. Lunceford was the co-founder of Government Technology
Services, Inc. and served as its President in 1988
- 89, when the company issued its initial public stock
offering. Mr. Lunceford brings a comprehensive knowledge
of doing business with the federal government, from
his experience in direct computer systems sales and
sales management with Univac Corp. and his GCSC government
procurement and sales training courses. He continues
to provide consulting services in business management
for NTI, providing training in federal sales, contract
proposal strategy, and government procurement regulations.
NTI Senior project manager Gregg Giordano has 12
years experience working with Washington, DC area
businesses and federal agencies, helping them to maximize
performance and profits through the utilization of
advanced technology services. Some of Greggs
successful projects include the General Services Administration
(the DotGov and US Blue pages projects), Cisco Systems
(product documentation publishing), West Virginia
University Institute of Technology (Information Security
Test and Evaluation Lab) and SAVVIS (Advanced Hosting
Services Project). Others include PSI, Net2000, Cable
and Wireless, AOL and TEIR.
NTI is currently a member of the National Indian
Business Association, the Northern Virginia Technology
Council, and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce.
