Expert IT Services

NTI’s IT/Telecom/Secured Network services experience can be summarized in four key areas:

Secured Voice/Data Communications, including Cisco, Wireless Satellite, and Land Mobile Radio design, implementation, and integration in over 40 sites in the U.S. This project is on-going with the Dept of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Law Enforcement. NTI currently has a team in the field performing integration/installation in the western states for American Indian Tribal Law Enforcement and anticipates adding two more teams by the end of 2003.

Web Development/Software Integration, including e-commerce implementation involving database/catalog interfaces. Utilizing web-development tools, NTI provides a seamless integration of a highly complex product database, providing streaming software download capability, with complete procurement execution. Our NIH project work in this area brought NTI the hard to achieve rating of “Excellent” for our expert staff’s performance for NIH’s Center for Information Technology.

Data Management/Archiving/Analysis, including providing data repository integration, on-going consultation, and support. NTI provides expert data management services utilizing repository database report application tools, COBOL, SQL, C/C++, Visual Basic, PowerBuilder tools, Informix, ODBC & SQL Server Database Scanners, Oracle Server & Client software apps and support. Our work with the Bureau of Land Management in Denver, Colorado, involved a working partnership with Platinum Corp, as well as with Computer Associates in this field.

Enterprise Software Development, including requirements analysis, software development, software mapping, utilizing enterprise software developmental tools from the Java, Smalltalk environment. Working with Artesia Corp., an oil/gas/leasing software company, NTI was able to assist Artesia in the development of a powerful enterprise based application to perform complex merging of financial date, historical legal documents, and a variety of graphic maps from USGS, to provide the backbone of a new Tribal Asset and Accounting Management System for the Dept of Interior.
